About Nato
Nato is the lead consultant at TerrCon. He is an ESHS Expert specialised in Environmental Engineering.

Nato is an experienced Environmental Social Health and Safety Expert who has specialised in Environmental Engineering and is a registered ESIA Lead Expert (Kenya). He is an ISO 14001 EMS Lead Auditor registered by the National Quality Institute (Kenya) as a trainer and consultant in the standard. Nato’s experience includes leading numerous multidisciplinary consulting teams in delivering services that meet international standards in industries that include: Housing, Infrastructure, Agriculture, Energy, Oil and Gas, Transportation, Health Care, Water, Aviation, and Hospitality among others. About Caroline
Caroline is an Environmentalist and GIS Analyst. She is a registered EIA/EA Associate Expert in Kenya.

Caroline is an experienced Environmentalist, registered by NEMA (Kenya) as an Associate EIA/EA Expert and is adept in GIS and Remote Sensing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies and she has honed her skills in: Environmental Management, Geospatial Analysis, Remote Sensing, Participatory Surveys and Stakeholder Consultation. Her experience has included projects such as:

  • Total Economic Valuation of Shimba Hills Water Tower
  • ESIA for a Town House Project in Lavington, Nairobi
  • ESIA for a Town House Project in Kileleshwa, Nairobi
  • Preparation of Community Development Actions for Lerroghi Water Tower

Caroline was an Environmental Officer at NEMA where she was involved in mapping and map production of high risk facilities. This was in addition to her experience at KFS where she was involved in map production, geospatial analysis and image classification at the Department of Forest Planning and Information Systems. Her other experiences have included supporting a research project at IFRA that assessed the relationship between the social economic status and water provision in Nairobi and its environs.

About Martin
Martin is a Research Officer at TerrCon. His niche includes Social Surveys, ESIAs and M&E.

Martin holds a Bachelor Degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is an experienced Researcher who has been involved with: ESIAs, Baseline Surveys and Monitoring and Evaluation consultancy projects. Some of these projects include:

  • ESIA for a Town House Project in Kileleshwa, Nairobi
  • ESIA for a Town House Project in Lavington, Nairobi
  • Baseline Survey on Sand Harvesting Practices in Taita Taveta County, Kenya
